The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.\nThis kit comes with a dark grey car radio fascia adaptor panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket single or double din car radio upgrade.\nThe fascia adaptor (50-968) allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio. The fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation. A spare pocket is supplied for fitting a single din stereo.\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA steering wheel control interface is also included in this kit. It is built into a radio replacement adapter cable for an easy installation. This will retain the use of the original audio controls on the steering wheel with the new radio.\nAerial Adaptor\nAn Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.\nA Fakra to DIN antenna adapter (21-106) is also included in the kit, this adapts from the original style antenna connector in the van, known as a Fakra connector, to a standard aftermarket antenna connector, known as a din connector.\nUniversal Patch Lead\nA universal patch lead (29-CT-025) is included too, this is used to match the steering wheel control interface with the brand of radio that's being fitted.\nPLEASE NOTE:\nInstallation of this kit will result in the OEM display being lost\nPLEASE NOTE:\nIf the vehicle originally had a passenger airbag status light in the radio panel please remove this and install into the new radio fascia panel, failure to refit one will cause airbag warning lights to show on the instrument cluster.\nIf the vehicle does not have a passenger airbag status light, a blanking plate (pictured below) is included in the kit\nSee the image below for examples of the components fitted into a fascia.\nImportant Fascia Notes:\nThe fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units.\nChina units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.\nWe do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.\nCar Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions. Some knowledge of car audio installation is helpful, as in some rare case \"modification\" is necessary.\nPlease make sure that is the correct Fitting Kit for your vehicle by firstly checking to see if your vehicle make, model and year is listed in the description. Secondly by checking to see if the connection & Shape in the picture listed is the same as you have in your vehicle. If in doubt please email us with your vehicle details and we will confirm what you require.", "category": [ "Commercial Vehicles / Camper Vans", "Ford Transit", "Fitting Kits" ], "tags": [ "Transit" ], "images": [ "https://dev.dynamicsounds.co.uk/image/catalog/products/In-car-tec/PF-146-USB/FK-968_3/FK-968_3-new1.jpg" ], "price": { "currency": "GBP", "amount": 249.99, "regular": 249.99, "on_sale": false, "sale_ends": null, "includes_tax": false }, "quantity_discounts": [], "availability": { "in_stock": true, "status": "in_stock", "stock_status": "", "minimum_quantity": 1 }, "attributes": [], "options": [ { "name": "Addons", "type": "checkbox", "required": false, "values": [ { "name": "Dashboard Door Panel Trim Removal Tool Kit (5 Pcs)", "price_adjustment": 12.99, "in_stock": true }, { "name": "DAB Aerial Glass Mount", "price_adjustment": 14.99, "in_stock": true }, { "name": "Dashboard / Door Trim Removal & Precision Hook Set (9 Pcs)", "price_adjustment": 19.99, "in_stock": true }, { "name": "Dashboard Trim Tool Panel (4 Pack Assorted)", "price_adjustment": 7.99, "in_stock": true }, { "name": "DC 5V-90V Voltage Circuit Tester Digital Display", "price_adjustment": 14.99, "in_stock": true } ] }, { "name": "Stereo Upgrade", "type": "checkbox", "required": false, "values": [ { "name": "Pioneer SPH-DA160DAB CarPlay Android DAB Stereo with Aerial", "price_adjustment": 274.99, "in_stock": true }, { "name": "Pioneer SPH-DA77DAB Wireless CarPlay Android DAB Stereo + Aerial", "price_adjustment": 334.99, "in_stock": true }, { "name": "JVC KW-M595DBT 6.8” Wired CarPlay / Android Auto DAB + Aerial", "price_adjustment": 234.99, "in_stock": true } ] } ], "dimensions": null, "weight": { "value": 1, "unit": "kg" }, "rating": null, "reviews": [], "shipping": { "country": "GB", "rate": 0, "currency": "GBP", "free": true, "handling_days": { "min": 0, "max": 1 }, "transit_days": { "min": 2, "max": 5 } }, "returns": { "accepted": true, "window_days": 14, "unlimited": false, "fees": "customer", "country": "GB", "policy_url": null }, "warranty": "1 Year Warranty on all items", "updated": "2026-09-04T14:21:11+01:00", "store": { "name": "Dynamic Sounds Ltd.", "url": "https://dev.dynamicsounds.co.uk/", "currency": "GBP" }, "vehicle_compatibility": { "header": "The years stated refer to the model's years of manufacture, please check the item description for information about any changes there may be within these productions years. ", "count": 1, "vehicles": [ { "make": "Ford", "model": "Transit", "years": { "from": 2014, "to": 2016, "text": "2014 - 2016" }, "product_type": "Stereo Fitting Kit", "notes": "MK8 Euro 5" } ], "product_type_description": "0" } }
