This Audi adapter harness is for cars with quadlock connectors at the rear of the original head unit and with fully amplified audio systems, normally Bose branded. The adapter harness also has a built in CANbus ignition interface for installation.
The quadlock adapter has 4x phono pre-out connectors to integrate with the original amplifier in the car. This will allow audio from the new radio to work with all the speakers and original sub woofer.
The built in CANbus interface will generate an ignition power supply to the new radio. This makes installation.
A double Fakra to DIN antenna adapter is also included and is wired into the adapter harness.
Harness Adaptors
Connect the head unit to the original radio connector without the need to cut any of the existing wiring.
