This fitting kit is compatible with Volkswagen original head units fitted with the newer quadlock and a double Fakra connection, Please see pictures below.

VW Discover Media
that some vehicles have original DAB. This is not retained with this kit and will require 21-037 Fakra to SMB adapter.
This kit also does not retain original reverse cameras or USB and AUX ports. Please see the other items listed against your car and original head unit to see if these are available as they vary by model and originally fitted radio.

Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Single DIN aftermarket radio in various Volkswagen cars with new (2015 onwards) style quadlock connection.
This is to replace original Composition or Discover radios.

Fascia Adaptor
This adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.
This fascia kit comes with a removable pocket. For double DIN installations, the central bar needs to be cut out and a radio cage used.
Steering Control Adaptor
A stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.
The CANBUS interface and radio adapter cable, it is used to connect an aftermarket stereo upgrade and retain the use of the volume, track skip, source, mute and phone buttons from the steering wheel with the new radio. The CANBUS interface will also provide ignition, illumination, speed pulse, reverse gear and handbrake outputs signals to the new stereo.
Aerial Adaptor
An Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.
Double Fakra to DIN antenna adapter cable with 12v phantom power from a male bullet connection. This antenna adapter cable adapts from the original Double Fakra connector in the vehicle to a standard aftermarket radio DIN antenna connection for the fitting of a stereo upgrade.
Universal Patch Lead
Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 49 series steering wheel control interfaces. Use for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony head units.
